We use REAL ID by Verdit to verify our customers. As soon as you have been verified, all stored images and identification are deleted from the severs permanently.

Returning customers do not need to verify with each order.

How Real ID works

A link is sent to either you mobile or email address, the app opens up the camera function where you take a picture of your Drivers License, Passport or Keypass ID.

Then you take a selfie of yourself and the app uses Facial Recognition Technology to automatically verify your ID.

How are the uploading of IDs and photos secured?

Real ID encrypts the connection from your customers mobile devices. This protects their data from being intercepted by bad actors. You don't have to think about compliance, Real ID stores your customer's securely in our database. You're always in control over what data you'd like to keep. Delete your customer's ID or headshot photos at any time in the app.
